JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Bikers across Region 8 revved up their engines to make sure Region 8 children have a merry Christmas.
The 28th annual Motorcycle Toy Run started at Harley Davidson of Jonesboro at 2 p.m.
The ride was a joint effort between the Association Motorcycle Club and A.B.A.T.E. District 2.
Admission for the ride was toys that will be donated to the Salvation Army.
"We try to raise as many toys as we can. We try to help about a thousand kids if at all possible," said event coordinator Curtis Kirksey.
More than 500 bikers participated in the event.
Anyone who wants to donate can deliver toys to the Salvation Army at 800 Cate Avenue.
