(KAIT) – Missouri's Rapid Response Team is holding a meeting Monday morning to
help those facing layoffs from Hostess.
The meeting will
take place at 10:00am at the Missouri Career Center located in Caruthersville
on Highway 84 west.
Representatives
from the Workforce Investment Board of Southeast Missouri will be on hand to
assist affected employees with filing for unemployment benefits. They will also provide information on
re-employment opportunities.
Similar meetings
have been held in West Plains and Poplar Bluff, MO.
