Authorities in central Arkansas say a 14-year-old boy has died following a hit-and-run in Pulaski County.

BLYTHEVILLE, AR (KAIT) – Blytheville Police have arrested one man and are looking for another in the shooting death of Thomas David Essig.
According to Blytheville Police, Essig, 23, was found dead from apparent gunshot wounds in the yard of True Gospel Missionary Church on West Rose Street, on December 1.
Police interviewed several people identifying 43-year-old Jimmy Northern as the shooting suspect. Police found Northern already in jail on unrelated charges. He was arraigned on murder in the first degree and possession of a firearm by a certain person. His bond was set at $240,000.
Police are also searching for 17-year-old Rodney Willis in connection to the murder.
