JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) – A memorial fund has been created for an 11-year-old girl who died after she became trapped beneath a pipe in a water-filled ditch for 20 minutes.
Kyria Seymour of Jonesboro died Saturday, April 19, at LeBonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN. A memorial fund has been created for an 11-year-old girl who died after she became trapped beneath a pipe in a water-filled ditch for 20 minutes.

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -  Within two weeks the Dominos on East Johnson has experienced not one, but three instances where they've come across counterfeit money.

"I believe in the last month we've had 3 instances which is increasingly, its a lot more frequent than we used to," said Johannes Robinson, Dominos Manager

With a job that deals with cash, it's difficult to determine the real from the fake.

"During the course of the night my driver may take 25 runs and if 15 of them were cash unless you mark and look at each bill you have no idea which one it is."

When they do catch the phony bill, it's money out of someone else's pocket.

"At the end of the night the driver has to eat that 20 dollars so that's 20 dollars out of my drivers pocket."

For some reason, this Dominos has experienced more counterfeit bills in just one month than they have for as long as some of the employees have worked there

"I've been working here for 4 years and until this past month I could count on one hand the number of times we've had counterfeit bills."

"What Robinson is worried about the most is not catching it and it ending up in the hands of a customer."

"A bill that we deal with as counterfeit may get passed on as change."

"It may get you passed buying a pizza for now but using a fake bill in that situation isn't difficult to trace back to the suspect, buying them time in jail."

"It may be dark he may not be able to examine the bill or whatever but then again situations like that are very easily traceable back to the suspect," said, Justin Roland, Craighead County Sheriff's Department

If you think you may have received a fake bill, take the time to look at it closely.

"If you are suspicious of it then take the extra time to examine it."
