SEMO Basketball signs guard

Southeast Missouri State basketball coach Dickey Nutt has announced the signing of guard Martavian Payne for the 2013-14 season.

Payne is a three-year starter from Imagine College Prep. He averaged 16 points and six rebounds last season and earned First-Team All-State honors.
