JULY 13, 2004 - Posted at 4:53 p.m. CDT

HARRISBURG, AR - Former Marked Tree coach and teacher Rob Jennings was back in a Harrisburg courtroom Tuesday for a hearing to determine jurisdiction in his case, in which he was charged last fall with 23 criminal counts of sexual misconduct after a large-scale investigation by several local, state and federal law enforcement agencies that found several students and former students alleging that they were victims of sexual abuse by Jennings over a ten-year period.

Today's hearing ended up being postponed until July 26.

Meanwhile, trial for the case has been continued until the November term of circuit court.

Jennings is charged with 19 counts of second degree violation of a minor, two counts of first degree violation of a minor and two counts of rape.
