Purse Snatching Suspect Caught On Tape

Now, for this week's featured crime: a purse snatching. Here is our suspect, caught on video entering the Wal-Mart on Highland Drive. The victim believes her purse was stolen when the suspect leaned over the victim's cart to pick up two bags of sugar. Police believe she blocked the victim's view, covered the purse with a black t-shirt, and lifted the purse. That move isn't caught on tape, but the same suspect was later filmed with a black t-shirt on her cart and then, here she is leaving the store without the two bags of sugar. The victim's credit card was later used at Old Navy. If you think you can make the ID on this suspect, call CRIMESTOPPERS 935-STOP.
