A Southeast Missouri woman wrapped up a big week by taking home a piece of the record $600 million Powerball jackpot.
JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Early Thursday morning Jonesboro police reported to the scene of an aggravated robbery at the Sonic on Gee street.
According to Jonesboro Police, two black males entered the store and one of them pointed a gun at the employees and demanded them to get down. The manager heard screams from employees and went out front to see what was going on.
When he made it to the front of the restaurant, he met one the suspect with the gun in his hand and was told to open the register. The suspect reached into the drawer and took out the money.
Both employees claimed they were shaken by the incident but they had no injuries.
Police then tried to retrieve the video from the cameras but the store manager was unable to.
Police say the two black males were between 18 and 20 years old, the one with the gun was about six feet tall and weighed about 175 lbs. He was said to be wearing all black.
The other suspect was described between the ages of 18 and 20. Also about 6 feet tall and weighing blue 165 lbs. He was said to be wearing blue and yellow pajamas pants and a dark gray hooded-sweater.
