JACKSON COUNTY, AR (KAIT) – A Tuckerman man accused of shooting another man in the face appeared in court on Tuesday.

According to Prosecuting Attorney Henry Boyce, 57-year-old Gary D. Bradley pled not guilty in a Jackson County Courtroom.

A court affidavit states on January 6 Bradley went to Dewayne Eddington's home in Newport and shot him one time in the face with a .22 caliber pistol. The affidavit also states Bradley admitted to an investigator he shot Eddington, after being arrested.
