    Sources say the stowaway teen from San Jose passed not one, not two, but three pre-flight inspections.

CRAIGHEAD COUNTY, AR (KAIT) – A tip to a Craighead County Sheriff's Department officer leads to the discovery of 9 grams of meth in the form of ICE.

According to the sheriff's department, Rodney Clem of Jonesboro was arrested after admitting to an officer he had what appeared to be meth.  The incident report states on Monday the officer received a tip Clem possibly had drugs and stolen property at his residence on Craighead County Road 323.

Clem reportedly retrieved a black box from underneath a couch cushion which contained 3 bags with about 9 grams of ICE meth in them.  He gave the drugs to the officer and admitted it was his, according to officer statements.

On Tuesday, Clem was charged with possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver and bond was set at $35,000.
