One person has died in a crash near Harrisonville, MO, Thursday evening. The crash happened on Missouri Highway 7 and Walker Road. It involved a car and a tractor-trailer. Harrisonville is in Cass County.
Savannah Nash celebrated her 16th birthday last week. She died Thursday when her car slammed into a semi while she was texting during her first time driving by herself.

RANDOLPH COUNTY, AR (KAIT) –
A man is arrested after he shot at his spouse's car.
With the help of the
Arkansas State Police, the Randolph County Sheriff's Department arrested 37-year-old,
Robert Shouse, from Ravenden.
According to the Sheriff's
office, his wife was traveling on a rural road west of Pocahontas and
approached a vehicle. At the same time something struck her car. Authorities
later determined that they were gun shots.
Shouse is being charged
with Attempted First Degree Murder and the possession of Firearm.
East Tennessee Children's Hospital has treated so many babies born dependent on prescription drugs that the facility is now helping other medical centers around the country deal with the crisis.
