STEELE, MO (KAIT)- Officers arrested a man from Steele after he allegedly put a gun to his wife's head and threatened to kill her while she was holding her infant son.

On Wednesday, Steele Police arrived to a home on Lynn Dr. and arrested Keith Robertson after his wife alleged Robertson pulled a hand gun and pointed it at her head. Robertson then threatened to shoot her. She was holding her son, a baby, during the incident.

Robertson also assaulted his 18-year-old step son by striking him across the head with the hand gun.

Chief of Police Billy Stanfield filed multiple charges against Robertson: two counts of domestic assault 1st degree, domestic assault 2nd degree, endangering the welfare of a child 1st degree, two counts of armed criminal action, and one count of unlawful use of a weapon.

Robertson's bond is set at $100,000.
