East Texas native Chris Davis has re-signed with the Baltimore Orioles in a reported one year deal, $3.3 million dollar contract.
Davis who is from Longview, re-signed with the Orioles after one year with the organization in which he played 139 regular season games including 33 home runs and 139 hits.
Prior to joining the Orioles, Davis spent multiple seasons playing for the Texas Rangers. His major league career stats include 77 home runs, 392 hits and 436 games played.
Three more employees of the truck stop chain owned by the Cleveland Browns' owner and Tennessee's governor have pleaded guilty in what authorities call a scheme to cheat trucking firms out of rebates.
