One person has died in a crash near Harrisonville, MO, Thursday evening. The crash happened on Missouri Highway 7 and Walker Road. It involved a car and a tractor-trailer. Harrisonville is in Cass County.
Savannah Nash celebrated her 16th birthday last week. She died Thursday when her car slammed into a semi while she was texting during her first time driving by herself.

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - A reality star from "Lifetime" came to Jonesboro Sunday to help out some unconventional dancers get down with their hidden talents on the dance floor. Some of the prospects are even getting the chance to do it professionally.
The Christie McNiell Dance Studio received a call from a talent manager of one of the daughters in the Lifetime reality show called, "Dance Moms" interested in doing a workshop for the members.
Blake Woodruff is the talent manager of Hannah Epstein, a "Dance Mom" star and he says they have been traveling across the country looking to teach some people who are interested in pursuing dancing as a career.
While teaching the class Blake and Hannah became really interested in 20-year-old Tanner Wilson, an ambitious and talented dancer who dreams of being in professional musical theatre.
Tanner Wilson leaves for New York in a week coincidentally the Blake Woodruff is from. Wilson auditioned for Woodruff and what is to come is a mystery right now.
When Wilson was asked about leaving the dance studio he's spent a decade he felt a little sad but said, "It's a great place it feels like a second home but things happen like this all the time these choices are also great."
