JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - The United Cerebral Palsy Telethon was held on Sunday at Arkansas State University.
The telethon started at noon and ended at seven. Many volunteers participated in the event, including on-air talent from Region 8 News such as, Craig Rickert and Diana Davis.
The UCP Telethon is held every year with all the donations going to help children, young adults, and the families affected by cerebral palsy.
The current total of the money raised was $95,765. That total comes from the money raised from the phone calls.
The online donations have not yet been counted but we will update the information as it does.
