REYNOLDS COUNTY, MO (KAIT) – An Ellington, Missouri man has died after a weekend crash in Reynolds County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Patrick Akers was driving east on Highway H, near Highway 21 on Saturday morning.  The crash report indicates Akers's car went off the right side of the road and hit a tree.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.  Highway patrol indicates Akers was not wearing a seat belt.
