One person has died in a crash near Harrisonville, MO, Thursday evening. The crash happened on Missouri Highway 7 and Walker Road. It involved a car and a tractor-trailer. Harrisonville is in Cass County.
Savannah Nash celebrated her 16th birthday last week. She died Thursday when her car slammed into a semi while she was texting during her first time driving by herself.

The 2-year-girl who was the center of a multi-state AMBER Alert was found safe at Southand Park Gaming and Racing in West Memphis Friday.

(KAIT) – A 2.1 magnitude quake shook things up in Lawrence County Tuesday
morning.
According to the Cooperative
New Madrid Seismic Network, the earthquake happened at 7:19 Tuesday
morning.
The quake was
located about 3 miles east-northeast of College City and may have been felt in surrounding areas including O'Kean and Walnut Ridge.
East Tennessee Children's Hospital has treated so many babies born dependent on prescription drugs that the facility is now helping other medical centers around the country deal with the crisis.
