PIGGOTT, AR - A Clay County town plans to celebrate Ernest Hemingway's birthday this weekend at the Hemingway-Pfeiffer Museum & Educational Center.

An exhibit is planned in Piggott that features timelines from the famed author's life.  Hemingway lived in and visited Piggott from 1927 to 1940 while married to Pauline Pfeiffer.  Hemingway wrote "A Farewell to Arms" in Piggott.

The exhibit consists of eight panels documenting the travels of Hemingway, his wife and their sons with photographs.
