Around the Heartland, it's simply known as "The Rivalry."
It's number one ranked Sikeston in class 4 against second ranked Charleston in class 3 at the Show Me Center on Thursday night.
The first time these teams met this season was early December in the SEMO Conference tournament final. Sikeston won that game 71-61.
The top ranked bulldogs are 18-1 on the year and Charleston 19-2.
Here's how the coaches see round two.
"We look forward to the challenge, so it's gonna be a tough game " said Charleston Head Coach Danny Farmer. "At this point in the season, we need a good tough game, because we've been winning by large margins. So we need a good game."
"Our players know it's gonna be a difficult game," said Sikeston Head Coach Greg Holifield. "Charleston has a great team and program, and we always look forward to playing those guys. Hopefully, we'll come out and play well, but we know it's always a very competitive, tough game."
Sikeston and Charleston will tip off at 7:30 Thursday night at the Show Me Center.
Special Guest Neal Boyd, Winner of America's Got Talent, will perform the national anthem.
