"The real estate market in Austin is growing again after a long sleep," says National RENC president Shenoah Grove. "More and more new investors are showing up at the RENC each month seeking to learn about real estate investing. The National-RENC will offer yet another time, place, and outlet for new and existing investors alike to expand their knowledge of real estate investing."

The featured speaker this month will be Shenoah Grove. In addition to being a REALTOR and Broker licensed in the State of Texas (license #518223), Shenoah Grove is also the owner of Hippie Hollow Homes. With her husband, Phill Grove, they have combined to participate in more than 1,200 real estate transactions totaling more than $200,000,000 since 2004. There is very little the Grove family hasn’t seen or experienced in real estate.
