A Rivercrest High School student was taken to the hospital from school last Tuesday after several other students reportedly knocked him unconscious in an attack that was possibly gang related.
Authorities say they have found a child's body believed to be that of an 18-month-old girl as they continue to investigate a series of Kansas farm deaths.
A body recovered amid an intensive search is believed to be that of a missing 18-month-old girl whose mother was found dead along with two men on a Kansas farm days ago, authorities said Sunday.

The Powerball ticket now worth an estimated $590.5 million wasn't sold in Missouri. But two Missouri Powerball players were so close to picking all the winning numbers that that their tickets are worth $1 million each.
WYNNE, AR (KAIT) – The Tech Center in Wynne is hosting the Regional Agri Expo where well-known guests and lots of information are on display.
Chris Clifton is the president of the Cross Co. Chamber and
Commerce and says this expo gives the community a chance to learn more about
farm production.
"When we look around
and when we sit in our church pew," Clifton said. "One out of six people in that pew works in agriculture
business in some way."
Congressman Rick Crawford made an address to those at the Rice and Soybean Crop Production meeting.
"I think what everyone really wants to know,"Crawford said. "Is about is the
farm bill and how that kind of plays into our fiscal crisis."
Also some stars from the History Channel show "Swamp People" are stopping by in the evening to meet fans.
"In
our neck of the woods, everything everybody does has some impact on agriculture
and agriculture has an impact on everything." Crawford said.
