Izard Co. arrests man on drug charges

IZARD COUNTY, AR (KAIT) – The Izard County Sheriff's Department arrested a man Monday morning on charges relating to drugs.

23-year-old, Randal Lynn Billingsley of Cotter, was arrested on charges of possessing an instrument of crime and possessing a controlled substance.

Billingsley was sent to the Izard County Jail.
