MALHEUR COUNTY, OR (KPTV) -

Valentine's Day baskets topped with teddy bears concealed $200,000 worth of heroin, according to Oregon State Police.

Officers stopped a car in Malheur County on Interstate 84 near Milepost 377 for failing to signal lane changes Jan. 30.

The 2005 Honda Accord had Arizona plates and was being driven by Sonla Marquez-Lozano, age 22, with passenger Yedid Zamudio-Vazquez, 20.

Both women are from Phoenix, AZ.

A subsequent investigation during the traffic stop led the trooper to the teddy bear baskets in the trunk. After removing the bears from the baskets, investigators said they found five pounds of heroin.

Both women were arrested on charges of unlawful possession and distribution of a controlled substance.
