One person has died in a crash near Harrisonville, MO, Thursday evening. The crash happened on Missouri Highway 7 and Walker Road. It involved a car and a tractor-trailer. Harrisonville is in Cass County.
Savannah Nash celebrated her 16th birthday last week. She died Thursday when her car slammed into a semi while she was texting during her first time driving by herself.

CLEBURNE CO., AR (KAIT)- A Quitman man is behind bars in the Cleburne Co. Detention Center on charges of sexual assault.
The charges against Justin Anderson, 25, were filed following an investigation conducted by the Cleburne Co. Sheriff's Office and the Crimes Against Children Division of ASP where they followed up a complaint with the Child Abuse Hotline.
Anderson is officially charged sexual assault in the second degree. Anderson's bond has been set at $50,000.
East Tennessee Children's Hospital has treated so many babies born dependent on prescription drugs that the facility is now helping other medical centers around the country deal with the crisis.
