PARAGOULD, AR (KAIT) - Greene County Tech will be getting some next level representation on the football field next fall at Harding University.
GCT Runningback Brian Griffith will be taking his talent to the Searcy after inking with the Bison on Wednesday's National Signing Day. Griffith is the brother Richard Griffith, who also played football at Greene County Tech and walked on to the Arkansas State football team in 2012.
Griffith said he is going to try for runningback when he goes for Harding but would be open to moving wherever they needed. "I'm really looking forward to going there, it's close to home it's a really good school, I really liked their coaches," said Griffith.
Playing runningback in a fast-paced, up-tempo style offense under GCT Head Coach Jeff Conaway, Griffith has the potential and speed to be a force in the backfield at the Division II level.
Harding plays in the Great American Conference.
