For months, concerns had been raised about the welfare of Lucas Webb. Born Jan. 3, 2008, Lucas knew much pain and suffering in his four short years.

A Batesville man was arrested Tuesday following an investigation into computer child pornography.
JONESBORO,
AR (KAIT) – Students at a local high school learned some valuable skills
Wednesday.
A
"Mock Interview" was held for Valley View High School students. Community
professionals questioned each of the students to give them an idea of what it
is like in the real world.
Each
student had a fifteen to twenty minute interview, and was exposed to some
feedback.
Robyn
Ford is a counselor for Valley View High School and he thinks that the event
was an accurate program.
"The
panel lets them know what they did well and then also gives them pointers about
what they can do better next time or in a real situation", Ford says.
This
is the second year for Valley View to hold this for students.
Arkansas' state treasurer has resigned after federal prosecutors accused her of taking cash payments from a broker who handled a large amount of the state's investment portfolio.
Gov. Jay Nixon says federal help is being offered to residents and businesses in several eastern Missouri counties affected by severe weather in April.
