According to his agreement with the court, he plead guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor, after purchasing alcohol for a fourteen year-old child.
In May of 2010, Bass was convicted of Child Molesting, a class "C" felony in the Pike Circuit Court and sentenced to five years in the Department of Corrections.
After his release from prison, Bass was arrested for buying juveniles vodka in September 2012. At the time of his arrest he was serving an additional two year term of probation.
