BAXTER COUNTY, AR (KAIT) – A Mountain Home woman is out on bond after being arrested on multiple warrants.

According to Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery, Cindy M. Rose was arrested on warrants of forgery and workers' compensation fraud Wednesday.

An investigator with the Insurance Fraud Investigation Division of the Arkansas Insurance Department in Little Rock filed an affidavit with the Baxter County Circuit Court which led to the warrants being issued. It accuses Rose of altering dates on a Certificate to Return to Work/School Form in order to obtain workers' compensation benefits that did not belong to her.

Rose is scheduled to appear in court again February 14.
