STONE COUNTY, AR (KAIT)- A man was arrested on drug charges on Hwy. 5 after being pulled over by a Stone County deputy. Deputy Justin Smith stopped Billy Jack Wilson for speeding on Hwy. 5 Wednesday.

MO (KAIT) – Upon raiding a possible meth lab, police encountered young kids in
the home.
Kennett
Police Strategic Response Team searched a home on the 200 block of Jones
Street.
Officers
arrested Dwayne Whitley and Anitra Johnson, both of Kennett.
Three
children ages 8, 7, and a newborn, found inside the home were immediately
turned over to the Dunklin County Juvenile authorities.
Charges
included attempt to manufacture and possession of a controlled substance, and
three counts of child endangerment.
Both
suspects were transported to the Dunklin County Jail.
A Nashville judge has permanently suspended the public guardian of Davidson County while citing "significant concerns" that she charged excessive fees to the elderly and disabled people she is supposed to protect.
