(KAIT) – An Izard County man is out on bond after being accused of breaking
into an apartment and assaulting another man with a pool cue.
According to the
Izard County Sheriff's Department, Joseph Swik of Melbourne was arrested on February 15. assaulted him with the pool cue
The
victim in the incident told the sheriff's department Swik broke into his
apartment on Moser Street.
Deputies took Swik into custody some time later at his apartment on
Quail Run Lane.
Swik was arrested
on charges of third degree battery, second degree criminal mischief and
criminal trespass.
