The first series was played on Tuesday, Feb. 19, against College of the Ozarks at WBC's Shell Field.   After falling in game one 1-3, WBC bounced back and won 10-6 in game two.

In game two, Dylan Disotell earned his second win on the season.   He threw four innings, allowed five hits, four runs and four strikeouts.

The Eagles collected a season high 15 hits in the contest.  Seven Eagles starters collected at least two hits in the game.  Tyler Williams finished the contest 3-for-4 with two homeruns and three runs batted in.

The weekend series was played on Saturday, Feb. 23, against Culver-Stockton College.  The doubleheader was also played at Shell Field.  Williams scored two runs in its final at-bat to win the game 2-1.

Eagles pitcher, Chris Smith collected his first career win, pitching a complete game.  He allowed one hit, one run, and struck out two.

Game two went to extra innings, and CSC was able to get a key hit in the eighth and edge the Eagles 4-3.  Cogan Ford finished the contest 1-for-2 with two RBIs.  Disotell threw 6.1 innings and allowed three runs, while striking out four.

WBC's record sits at 4-11 on the young season.  The team will host Central Baptist College for a four-game series beginning Friday, March 1.  There will be two games beginning at 1 p.m. on Friday and two games on Saturday beginning at 1 p.m., as well.
