The spring pre fixe menu includes a first Course choice of: salad of little gems lettuces – citrus, roasted shallot vinaigrette, pickled red onions, herbs, pine nuts or Maine Lobster, Two Ways –bisque and arancini, piquillo pepper “romesco”.
Main course choice of: buttermilk fried Rocky Jr. chicken accompanied by a serving of Yukon gold mashed potatoes covered in southern gravy.
A second main course choice is the pan roasted “Ora” king salmon with la querica pancetta, fava beans, sundried tomatoes, quinoa and miso.
The third and final option is the Snake River Farm’s American Kobe beef short rib “pot roast” served with a tasty celery root puree, baby carrots, cipollini onions, gremolata and Syrah gastrique.
The delectable meal is topped off with choices of two sweet treats: Tahitian vanilla bean crème brulee-fresh berries, raspberry coulis or chocolate lava cake –sea salt-caramel gelato, vanilla whipped cream, raspberries.
