Judge John Dan Kemp, a man was waiting in the courtroom as the jury deliberated
on his sentence.
Judge Kemp says the man
ran through a window and landed on the roof of part of the building.
Kemp says officers quickly
caught the man and brought him back to the courtroom for sentencing.
