BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

Twenty-one members of LSU's 2012 football team were on display for the NFL on Wednesday as the school will hosted its annual Pro Day at the Charles McClendon Indoor Practice Facility.

A total of 28 former Tigers took part in the event as six players from the 2011 team and one from the 2009 squad participated.

Some of the top names that took part in LSU Pro Day include Barkevious Mingo, Sam Montgomery, Kevin Minter, Eric Reid, Spencer Ware, Russell Shepard, P.J. Lonergan and Bennie Logan.

Over 100 media members showed up to watch the Tigers perform including crews from both the NFL Network and ESPN for live coverage throughout the event.

Other former LSU players such as Ryan Clark, Mo Claiborne, Corey Webster, Stevan Ridley, Brandon LaFell, Rueben Randle, Donnie Jones and Marcus Spears came to watch the day's event.

The players went through a series of testing with the scouts that includes the 40-yard dash, the 225-bench press, vertical leap, broad jump, shuttle run and the 3-cone drill. The players also had their measurements in height, weight, hand span and wing span taken.

The NFL Draft is scheduled for late April in New York City and the Tigers are expected to have as many 10 players selected, including potential top 10 overall selection Barkevious Mingo, during the three day event.
