    Arkansas State snapped the ball for what looked like a punt from their opponent's 40-yard line, and receiver Booker Mays clutched his hands to his chest and toppled backward to the turf.

FUGITIVE: EMMITT SMITH

 

A reward is being offered by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force for information leading to the arrest of Emmitt Smith, a.k.a. "E."

Smith, 30, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office for violating conditions of his federal supervised release and obstruction of justice.

Officials say on November 14, 2012, police caught Smith in a drug transaction in Cleveland. When police attempted to stop him, he lead them on a high speed chase, driving through several lawns.

Smith is about 6'01'' and weighs approximately 245 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

He is suspected of hiding out in west Cleveland, and has a previous Cleveland address near the 3500 block of Meyer Avenue.

Anyone with information on Smith's whereabouts is asked to contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED or Text "WANTED" and a tip to 847411 (tip411). Tipsters can remain anonymous and reward money is available.
