HOPKINS COUNTY, TX (KLTV) -

Officials are seeking a black 2010 Saturn Vue that may be connected to the two inmates who escaped from the Hopkins County Jail on Tuesday. The vehicle has the license plate CR6D425.

Officials received a tip that two men matching the description of the escaped inmates were seen in a similar vehicle in Sulphur Springs on Wednesday. Shortly thereafter, the Saturn Vue was reported stolen.

A nickel-plated .22 caliber Derringer was in the vehicle at the time it was stolen.

If you see this vehicle or either of the fugitives, you should not approach them and immediately call 911. Anyone with tips, clues or anonymous tips should call Lake Country Crime Stoppers at 903-885-2020. A reward is being offered for the information leading to the arrest of both suspects.
