LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - State Attorney General Dustin McDaniel is planning to speak about last month's oil spill at Mayflower.
McDaniel is set to talk to reporters Wednesday evening following a deadline he set for ExxonMobil to produce documents connected to the March 29 oil spill.
Crews are still cleaning up after ExxonMobil Pipeline Co.'s Pegasus pipeline ruptured and spewed oil onto lawns and roadways in a neighborhood near Lake Conway.
No one was injured, but the spill led authorities to evacuate more than 20 homes.
Arkansas Department of Health spokesman Ed Barham says the air quality in the area has been improving since the spill.
ExxonMobil has said it was cooperating with McDaniel's investigation.
