CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (GoSoutheast.com) – In an effort to bolster the front court, Southeast Missouri head women's basketball coach Ty Margenthaler signed two post players to National Letters of Intent on Wednesday.
Joining the Redhawks for the 2013-14 season are forwards Brittany Harris (Dexter, Mo./Dexter HS) and Hillary Lively (Cayuga, Ind./Danville Area CC). The duo joins a recruiting class that already includes forward Bailey Geiman and guards Jade Holly, Ashton Luttrull and Brianna Mitchell.
"The two players we are signing fit needs that we had to fill," Margenthaler said. "We brought in two post players that can score and rebound the basketball. Both players give us size and strength inside, which we needed. We graduated a lot of post depth and these two players will help us fill those losses."
