Sheriff: Searching for suspect who left 'Meth' in patrol car

IZARD COUNTY, AR (KAIT) – The Sheriff's Department needs your help in locating a man who was recently released from custody.

According to the Izard County Sheriff's Department, 47-year-old Kirk A. Hutchison was arrested during a traffic stop and eventually released.

After being released, a white crystal type substance was found in the back of the patrol car that transported him.

After analyzing the substance, Members of the 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force were able to confirm that it was methamphetamine.

As a result, a warrant has been issued charging Hutchison with Possession with Intent to deliver Methamphetamine and Tampering with physical evidence.

The Sheriff's Department have not determine Hutchison's whereabouts.

They ask anyone with information of his location that can help lead to his arrest to contact Investigator Charles Melton at 780-368-4201.
