MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) -

Three cast members of TLC's "Welcome to Myrtle Manor" were arrested over the weekend for sexual relations with a minor and driving under the influence, police say.

Taylor Jonathan Burt was arrested late Saturday night and charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 16 years of age.

Officers from the Myrtle Beach Police Department spoke to the 15-year-old victim with her mother present, and she stated that she had sexual relations with a 28-year-old. Her mother then drove her to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center for medical evaluation.

The investigation resulted with Burt being identified as the assailant. The Myrtle Beach Police Department arrested the 28-year-old club promoter on Saturday night.

He is currently being held on $25,000 bond.

Another cast member of the show, 21-year-old Lindsay Colbert, was arrested for DUI and other charges early Sunday morning.

According to a police report, an officer stopped Colbert around 1:36 a.m. Sunday morning, driving 62 mph in a 45 mph zone on Hwy 501.

The police report states Colbert was "lethargic, and her speech was slurred," and that "there was a strong and obvious odor of alcoholic beverage coming from the vehicle." The officer also noted an almost-empty bottle of rum between her driver seat and driver door.

The officer asked Colbert to step out of her vehicle, which she initially refused, but eventually complied after being informed her cooperation would prevent her from forcefully being removed from the vehicle.

During the field sobriety test, which Colbert failed, she asked the officer, "Are you just giving me [a hard time] because I am on the show," according to the police report.

The report stated, "One second she would cry, then she would laugh, and then she would scream and yell. She was an emotional roller coaster during the entire procedure."

Allegedly, she ultimately stopped cooperating, and was arrested for DUI. The arresting officer said Colbert was screaming, yelling and became uncooperative, eventually yelling and referencing that the officers were simply picking on "them".

Colbert was transported to the jail, where the report states she continued being loud, uncooperative and "she insulted each person she came in contact with".

Colbert gave a .15 percent breath sample. She has no priors, and was arrested for DUI, speeding 62 mph in a 45 mph zone and Liquor Law Violation.

Police also arrested Amanda Adams, another cast member on the show, and charged her with DUI on Friday.
