Powhatan man charged with sexually assaulting girl

A tip to the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children hotline led to the arrest of a Powhatan man on sexual assault charges.

Lawrence County sheriff's deputies arrested Scott Archer, 26, on Friday, April 26.
