Released inmate rearrested after pills, meth found in jail uniform

BAXTER COUNTY, AR(KAIT) – A Flippin woman is back behind bars after officers found pills anddrugs hidden in her jail uniform.

According to theBaxter County Sheriff's Office, Bethany Nicole Williams, 24, was released from jailon Sunday. Sheriff John Montgomery states Williams called the jail severalhours later saying she had left a small container in her jail uniform andwanted to come get it.

Jail staff foundthe small plastic container in one of the pockets. Officers found eight Trazodonepills and one clear rock that tested for meth while searching the container, according to the sheriff.

Police say onMonday Williams returned to the jail and said the container was hers. She alsotested positive for meth after her probation officer was called to the jail.

Williams wascharged with felony possession of a controlled substance and furnishingprohibited articles. Bond was set at $15,000 and she is expected to be in courton Thursday.
