"Strike Out Stroke Night" in Osceola

OSCEOLA, AR (KAIT) – SMC Regional Medical Center is sponsoring an event to inform Northeast Arkansans about strokes.

"Strike Out Stroke Night" will be held at the Osceola Sports Complex at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28. The event provides free information and materials on how to detect the warning signs and symptoms of a stroke.

SMC Regional Medical Center is one of 42 hospitals across the state participating in Arkansas Stroke Assistance through Virtual Emergency Support (AR SAVES).

AR SAVES is a stroke telemedicine program through a partnership with the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
