LAKE CITY, AR (KAIT) - The body found over the Memorial Day weekend has been identified as Mark Davis, 43, of Lake City.  Davis was reported missing March 7, 2013.

Craighead County Sheriff's Detective Justin Rolland says they are treating Davis' death as suspicious. The department notified the family Tuesday morning after getting a positive identification from the State Crime Lab earlier in the day.

A fisherman came across the body Sunday evening while checking trot lines near the Lake City Bridge.

In the meantime, Detective Rolland says investigators have started conducting interviews again.
