Wynne Woman Speaks at Republican Convention

NEW YORK-- 20-year-old Princella Smith of Wynne won the honor to speak at the Republican National Convention on Tuesday.  Smith was the winner of an MTV essay contest. She is majoring in history and political science at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia. She says that she doesn't think of her age group as "Generation-X," she thinks of it as "Generation X-ample," and also says President Bush leads by his service.

"We listen because he has set the example. Let us join our president. Let us be an army. Let us become Genreation X-ample," said Smith to the crowd.

Also speaking at the Republican Convention Tuesday night, First Lady Laura Bush and California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
