WANTED: Fugitive wanted for police chase after prostitution sting

CLEVELAND (Toledo News Now) -

Antonio Armstrong is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Willoughby Police Department for charges of allegedly assaulting a police officer.

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to Armstrong.

Armstrong is a 27-year-old black man, approximately 6'00'' and weighs 200 pounds.  He has black hair and brown eyes.  Armstrong is believed to be hiding in the Collinwood area of Cleveland.

Authorities say on January 7, a Willoughby police officer attempted to stop Armstrong, who had allegedly gone to a Willoughby motel to meet a prostitute.  Armstrong fled from police, nearly hitting an officer and intentionally ramming a police car. 

During the chase, he began driving the wrong way on I-90 and again struck a police car.  Armstrong crashed on E. 185th Street in Cleveland and fled on foot.  Armstrong was already wanted for a probation violation stemming from a kidnapping and previous police chase.
