JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - The East Arkansas Area Agency on Aging hosted their second annual "Aging with Knowledge Conference" on Thursday.

The event was held at the North East Arkansas Food Bank Distribution Center.

Those in attendance listened to medical doctors speak on the effects stress and got some helpful tips on how to keep those stress levels down.

Melissa Praeter is with the East Arkansas Agency on Aging says this affects everyone.

"We all suffer stress and that can lead to several problems including heart disease", says Melisa Praeter.

The conference started at 9 and ended at 1:30.
