UNC-USC baseball game postponed until at least 9 p.m.

CHAPEL HILL, NC (WIS) -

The final game to determine who will be going to the College World Series between the University of North Carolina Tar Heels and the University of South Carolina Gamecocks has been postponed until at least 9 p.m.

Citing weather issues, game officials moved the game two hours forward from its original 7 p.m. start time.

Most of the Carolinas are currently under severe thunderstorm and tornado watches. According to a forecast, there is virtually no chance of any weather issues at the 9 p.m. hour.

As previously noted, this game determines who will be heading to Omaha, Nebraska to join seven other teams in the College World Series.

The series is currently tied at one game a piece. The Gamecocks won Sunday afternoon's game by score of 8-0.
