Man arrested for breaking into, masturbating in woman's home

FAIRFIELD, OH (FOX19) -

Fairfield Police arrested a man accused of breaking into a home and masturbating next to a woman's bed.

Dwan Marcee Banks, 28, was taken into custody on Friday.  Police say on May 10, a Merlin Drive resident reported that a man entered her bedroom window around 4 a.m. and was masturbating next to her bed.

The suspect then fled the home when the victim started screaming.

Banks was charged with burglary, a second degree felony and public indecency, a second degree misdemeanor. He is being held in the Butler County Jail. Bond was set at $16,061 for both charges.

He will be arraigned in Fairfield Municipal Court on Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.
