Mountain Home man arrested on several drug charges after home searched

MOUNTAIN HOME, AR (KAIT) – A Mountain Home resident is in jail after officers find drugs during the execution of a search warrant.

According to the Mountain Home Police Department, Jonathan D. Dwyer, 34, was arrested at his home without incident. MHPD Chief Carry Manuel states a search warrant was executed at Dwyer's home at 1209 Maple Street on Monday.

The warrant was obtained following a two month investigation.

Dwyer's charges, according to police, include:

 

  • Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana), 3 counts, class felony 
  • Distribution of Controlled Substances near Certain Facilities (Public School), 2 counts
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Marijuana), class D felony
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Oxycontin), class C felony
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Oxycodone), class B felony 
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Suboxone), class C felony 
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) class D Felony 
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, class D felony

 

Bond for Dwyer was set at $75,000 and he is in the Baxter County Jail at this time.
